Newly Renovated Banquet Hall

  

The Club’s newly-renovated Banquet Hall provides the perfect atmosphere for any special occasion – baby shower, birthday, corporate party, wedding, and everything in between.  Available to members and non-members – capacity: 125 max.


Amenities Include:

 -Updated facility with new carpeting, fresh paint, LED lighting, overhauled HVAC system
-Private entrance
-Built-in dance floor (recently restored) and stage
-“Blank Canvas” space that offers the ability to be decorated in any theme/style
-Tables (standard rectangular for any use and medium-large rounds for seating)
-Comfortable banquet chairs
-Non-Smoking environment (smoking permitted outdoors)

 -Cash or Open Bar Packages with affordable, club priced drinks
-One complimentary bartender*
-Parking Attendant to coordinate traffic as guests arrive**

Prices listed may be subject to change as of April 1st, due to the arrival of our new chef, Lou Letizia.


Based on a 4 hr Hall Rental

Members $300

Non-Members $650

Based on a 2 hr Hall Rental (Bereavement)

Members $150

Non-Members $300


Security Deposit

All  parties require a $250 security deposit when hall is booked. Deposit will be refunded in the form that it was given within 72 hrs after the hall has been inspected following the event. Security deposit is to ensure that the following rules will be followed.

  • 6 round tables and chairs will be placed back in Hall as they were found.
  • 2 long tables will remain in Hall as found.
  • All decorations will be taken down (NO USE OF TAPE)
  • Room is to be vacuumed (Vacuum provided by LAC)


Based on a four (4) hour time-frame and including all of the benefits and stipulations mentioned above, the fee structure for hall use is listed above. For events held within regular hours of operations and if number of guests does not exceed 50. Events outside of regular hours of operation, a flat-fee of $50.00 will be required for a bartender; 70 or more guests will require a second bartender for a flat-fee of $50.00. Gratuity not included.
**The need for a Parking Attendant is decided upon by the management of the Clubhouse Restaurant and the Laurel Athletic Club.

A flat rate of $50 will be applied in the form of a payroll check so that an employee can be present during the time of the event. This does exclude bereavements.
